Starting Week 3 Monday 11 May students are rostered on to return to school one day a week - see table below. Those students who need to come on other days can still do so. On those days, if they are not rostered to be in my class, they will be supervised by Mr Hicks.

Hi Everyone, I am trialling a different method this week as a number of parents asked for a timetable of activities. The lessons and corresponding worksheets will be put up one day at a time. Please only do as much as you can each day and contact me if you need any help.
The worksheets are available in 5M goole classroom via your child's student portal. Once in google classroom, the need to click on the Classwork tab at the top of the page and then under Wednesday 1 April, the work will be there for them to access. Even though worksheets are attached, they do not have to print the worksheets, they just have to complete the work in their books.

Parents/Carers
You are welcome to call into school to collect your child's pencil case, Math book, Literacy book, Journal, Premier's Reading Challenge novel and times table worksheet (individualised). Just go to 5M classroom and I will have your child's tote tray outside and everything in it that needs to be taken.
Your child can still complete all the work without these books. All the worksheets attached to the grid are available in google classroom and students have been accessing google classroom for a number of years now and should be able to readily do so. Please contact me if there is a problem.

Hello!
Even though there is lots going on in the news and people are missing their friends, I am excited that we get to trial a different style of learning.
I will post some links in Google Classroom, some will be new and some familiar. Your school work will include a grid each week. There is no specific order you need to follow however it is important for you to get as much done as possible to a high standard. Make sure you are asking mum/dad/brother/sister/cat/dog to help or give their opinion or feedback (if your cat talks back you may have some extra issues).
Some of the work is self marked, for example IXL and some will need to be sent to me and checked. Please make sure that before you send it that you have double checked your work yourself and have asked someone at home to provide you with feedback before submitting it to me. You can either share your work with me directly (Docs, Slides etc) or present it during our Hangout at 10am or email it to me at [email protected]
Each day we will have a Google Hangout at 10am. This is an opportunity to check in with each other, ask questions and share some quality work. Please make sure you have your mic is turned off before you join and that you are using the platform sensibly just like you were at school. The link to connect is here: https://meet.google.com/ghq-ztau-zed
Good luck with everything and contact me if you need help.
